Used vehicles with Moderate rust

This process Ranges from 1 to 3 days and involves the following paired with our annual oiling.

Minor Rust is mechanically removed from the vehicle by use of grinders, sanders, blasters, scalers etc. After excessive rust removal is completed, our rust converter is applied in all internal frame, body cavities, rockers, doors and entire underbelly areas and left to dwell and convert the leftover internal or external rust to Zinc Phosphate, a non corrosive chemical that wont harm your vehicle. After converting, the chemical dissolves leaving your vehicle ready for the undercoating process which once completed, will prevent the rust from formulating again!

• Radiator covers and any plastic covers removed under hood and reinstalled after coating
• Taillight removal and re -install  if applicable
• Spare tire removal and reinstall  
• all plastic guards underneath vehicle dropped down or removed for superior coverage.
• Black color or clear color applied to underbelly of vehicle
• Black color applied to all frame and suspension components of vehicle
• All internal cavities, inside frames, crossmembers, inner/outer rockers, cab corners, inside doors, door hinges, tailgates, bottom lips of doors, tailgates, inside hoods, underside of hood, battery terminals , front and rear quarter panels, Dog legs and much more.(drilling of a few 1/2" holes to access some areas may be required, holes are plugged professionally after service is completed)
• Insides of running boards serviced and running board brackets coated with our signature hd oil to handle high abrasives
• HD oil applied to wheel wells included to handle high abrasives 
• Removal and reinstallation of wheel well liners and fender flares
• Removal and reinstallation of weather stripping on bottoms of doors
• removal and reinstallation of all tailgate latch access panels to ensure coating is applied in all areas.
